Need a specific size?
We understand that every customer is an individual and you may require a piece to be made a different size. Please contact us if you require something made a little larger or smaller and we will be more than happy to accomodate.
To ensure that your Xada piece always looks its best we recommend that you follow a few simple steps:
- Store your Xada piece in its bag to prevent it being scratched;
- Remove your Xada piece before you shower or swim; and
- Avoid spraying chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, sunscreen or deodorant on your Xada piece.
Should any silver components of your Xada piece become tarnished, they can be polished with a quality silver polishing cloth.
Necklaces and bracelets are shipped in a cotton muslin pouch. If you require gift wrapping, please choose that option at checkout.
Please note: Xada is not currently registered for GST therefore all quoted prices are GST free. Payment for your Xada purchases can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer. We accept credit payment by Visa or Mastercard using PayPal's secure online gateway. Please choose your payment method during checkout.

All information supplied to us, including your email address and telephone number, is used for internal purposes only in order to keep you updated with the latest news, promotions, and updated web site information.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to us. To guard your information delivered to us electronically, our web sites use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card number, name and address. For added security, Xada uses PayPal as our prefered payment gateway provider, allowing secure acceptance of online credit card payments. Your details are securely transmitted to the PayPal payment gateway. Credit cards are encrypted by PayPal, ensuring they are stored securely. For more information please visit PayPal’s website. Please keep any password that you establish with us in a safe place. Also remember to log off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit.

Colour and material selections
We endeavour to accurately display the piece that you are buying, but computer monitors do not always portray accurate colour. We cannot gurantee that your item will exactly match the colour of the sample pictures or sample swatches shown in our store. Provided that we have delivered the item that you ordered, then variations between the colour of a piece as displayed on your on your computer and the piece that is delivered is not considered a fault or defect.
At times we experience difficulty in sourcing components. We reserve the right to vary components used in a design, but will always source parts that are similar in quality, size, appearance and material. If we are unable to source similar parts we will contact you prior to completing your order.

Sometimes the best of care can’t prevent an accident. If your Xada piece is damaged, we can usually repair it for a small fee, provided stock of the damaged parts are available. If you need help repairing an item, simply contact us.
